Broodling Invincible question

I really need help: How do you get it so a broodling is in invincible? Like so it doesn't die after 180 seconds? I have tried everything I have no idea how it works. Somebody please help me!!!

You must create the broodling using triggers and not pre-place them in the editor.
If you use any trigger to "move" or "modify" it in anyway, it will return to having a 180 energy limit.
