Customizing the Build Ability?

Hi, I don't need the build to have unlimited range or anything, i just can't freakin figure out how allow a unit to build custom buildings.

In the Object (Unit) editor, near the bottom

Stats (I think) - Structures Built: Blahblah

If you are creating a custom builder, base it on one of the already existing ones and careful modifying their ability.

There is nothing in the object editor (on the unit) that has anything remotely related to build.

Comon, I see this in literally every game, a great deal of people gotta know...
