Making the units Wireframe Black?!?

sry my question before wasnt very clear, any way i want to know how to make a units wirefram black, not by editing its stuff, but by triggers, if you ever play Nintendo Bound on Starcraft, you'll see that every units wireframe is either black, or the outline is blue? does ne one know how 2 do this trigger?

This wasn't done using a trigger. There was a tutorial on this. : http://www.staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=12 . I am waiting for a friend to send me a full list of the formulas needed for this. Please note, though, the formulas seem to change from tileset to tileset.
