Im thinking of making a rpg

and i wanted to know what you people think of my ideas
So in the begging you get 2 options
-new
or
-load
then if you went -new
a dialog comes up saying
Male
Female
Pandarian[half jking]

Then you get 3 options
Str
Agi
Int
for your main Stat

Then you go to your starting area and you start with 1 for all stats
and when you level you dont get any stats
How do i raise them?
well you use your second "hero"
Mr Interface
And there you can spend the Stat Points on ether str agi or int
And Classes?
they are determined in game by taking a begginer quest and then questing to your trainer

I'd say the maps are quite playable.
If you have any suggestions for maps for me to make and post on epicwar.com plz say so.
My most famous heroes are Torlaoc the Universe King, Zleet the Death Knight, Character the transforming Star Mage, Soulrender the Soul Vampire, and Mach 5 the robot. Other characters include Red Ninja Blue Ninja White Ninja etc etc in the ninja brigade. My names I go by are Jemman and Zleet. If you want me to put any of those characters in plz say so.

Forgot to mention I am currently creating a map of Icecrown putting Character and Starcrusher the Black Star Mage into it. If you would like it when I'm done plz say so!

Torlaoc the Universe King- The King of the Universe with many different spells. 5 of them are Drain Health and Mana which does as the name says!, Insta-Doom which kills the enemy in one hit but has a 60sec cooldown., Rain of Flame which is just rain of fire but does 500 damage. Lightning Kick which hurts several enemies in a row for 150 damage points., Healing Staff which heals 16 friendly units fully, anywhere on the map.

Zleet the Death Knight-My WoW Death Knight. 5 spells are Death Coil, Unholy Aura, Summon Gargoyle, Raise Dead, and Blood Aura.

Character the Transforming Star Mage-Character has thousands of powerful spells. 5 of them are Transform enemy, Starfall, Fiery Stars which is like Rain of fire but does 300 damage., Frozen Stars which is like Blizzard only does 120 damage, and Regenerate which heals targets like healing wave.

Soulrender the Soul Vampire-A powerful caster which can, as the name says rend souls from enemy units. 5 spells are Soul Rend which is the model of Death Coil but has a 1.00 range and a 1sec casting time and kills the target instantly, Soul Drain which is life drain but drains 500 health per second and 10 mana per second, Summon Soul Fiend which summons a soul fiend which has the model of a demon of your choice, Self Ressurect which is Reincarnation, and Soul Bomb which is Acid Bomb but kills them instantly.

Mach 5 Robo Gaurd- The last of all the Mach's except for Mach 1000 which was captured and turned against them all. 5 abilities are M5Rockets which shoots 12 rockets that kill the enemy instantly. Lightning Gaurd which is lightning shield, Green Hand which is life drain but drains 200 health, Relieve which is healing wave, Charge Bolt which is chain Lightning.

The Ninja Brigade- Includes Many Ninjas that are hard to explain but all come from the planet Ajnin which is Ninja spelled backwards. Time Ninja, the leader, was born in the time temple, white ninja born in the snowy area of the planet, and Red Ninja born from magma of Mt. Trogdor. Those are just 3 of the Ninja Brigade.

WOW i might use the ninja brigade as npcs maybie evil is that ok cause your the creator of the idea so id hate to twist your image of them
and in case i wasnt clear i would use the ninja brigade as bosses

Normally they aren't evil... hmm........ well you can do what you want with it.
If you want I can tell you all the Ninjas and their spells...

Forgot to mention that I did in fact finish the map with Character in it and it is by Jemman. Don't download the wrong one. the correct one is the first one. It is on Epicwar.com It will be edited. It's not so good atm...

Yes, your thinking of old, old, old genres. Create your own genre.
The ones you listed were extremely generic. PVP? Heroes and units? Thats basically a melee battle.

FPSs just dont work in Wc3.

What isnt he able to comprehend? He is just saying that your map is unoriginal, and in reality, it is. Every single thing you can do in an RPG is pretty much already done.

Random idea: Landmines. You have to cross a desert without hitting a landmine and dying a horrible death. You can also plant your own mines to kill the other players. The first to cross wins! You have some simple abilities:

Scanner Sweep. Reveals land mines in an area of about 50 (Yes, I realize how small that is). Two second cooldown.

Feathersteps. Lets you cross over any mines for one second. Ten second cooldown.

Plant Mine. Plants a land mine. Yes, your own mines can kill you. One second cooldown.

Detonate. Detonates a random land mine in a range of 1000. Ten second cooldown.
