We would then see the breasts as nothing peculiar, nothing arousing, and nothing unusual except for its size.

Really, if we all look at bare breasts in a different light, showing them in public is actually no big deal at all.

No, because they've got the idea that breasts are sexual currently, the same idea that is the reason that this concept of topless allowance will NEVER work out.

Probably. The face isn't hidden but people still go for plastic surgery and the like.

I think it is more about safety issues concerning the actual reach of the breastses. The most buff men come out like an inch. A woman's is usually a slightly bit more than that and then most of the time it's not buff. They'd be poking eyes out and catching them in loose tree branches.

I dont think men just like watching boobs because they dont get to see them a lot. There's also this thing called "instinct" which tells us to look at a womans breasts, bottom, and legs (hell yeah, I'm actually using the polite words for those body parts).

Some part of me says that just uncovering the boobies 24/7 wont solve the peeking problem. I have to admit it would be exeptionally satisfying in a way, but it would not solve the problem.

Finally, I'd like to add there are some boobs I wouldn't like to see bouncing by on the streets. In fact, most boobs look rather dissapointing without a brah or a bikini to push them up and form them a little.
