Ability help

Hey there,
I'm creating an ability (critical strike) named Code of Samurai.
This ability will be given to a tower (Yayoi Warrior) and will ONLY affect another tower within a radius of the Yayoi Warrior, giving it a chance to do critical strike.
How can I do this?

make a dummy ability which does nothing and your custom critical strike...then make a trigger that adds critical strike to a tower in range of the the tower when the tower is built...

give it a aura wich does nothing and than, when the building is conctructed, pick ever unit with specific buff (the aura buff), and add picked unit the critical strike
