I think i'm going to agree with an earlier post that suggests to let people open and deprotect the map. I understand you're making an RPG and cheap load codes could suck. But so what? Some people will want to cheat, and they're ruining the fun for themselves. It's more fun when there's a challenge. And then more people will want to play the game properly, and will take their time playing the normal versions of the games without cheating.

I myself play cheated maps, orpgs, etc, all the time. But I only do it for purely fun if i'm bored, I never actually use the cheated load codes or anything. Most of them have added roleplaying commands too, so it's fun to play with a bunch of friends. Anyways, don't worry about the people who cheat your map. That's their problem if they want to ruin it for themselves. There's no real damage they can do to the players who play it normally, or the map itself. I Hope my advice helped.

Save/load codes are part of many ORPG maps, not a feature for 'low level' players. It also doesn't make maps unfair in the slightest, considering that the players tend to be allied in many such maps anyway. WoW also offers a similar advantage to players who've been around for a while. It's simply part of the game.
Also note that ORPG's don't tend to be competitive, so not every player actually needs to start equal.

Anyway, this thread is getting off-topic now. Closed.
