Autocast

I have an autocast ability but i want it to be set so that it will automatically be on "cast" when the unit with the ability enters the game, how can i do that?

Go into the Object Editor, click on the unit, Set 'Abilities - Default Active Ability' (first value) to the ability you want to be automatically auto cast.

ok, i'll see if that works. I think i already had that set but maybe i changed it late last night and didn't test it. We'll see.
