Black out minimap for certain players

is this possible? Just need to black out the minimap for some players.

you could use cinimatic mode, but I am almost certain its possible in some other way, I just have never done it, but i've seen it done.

hmm, I'm thinking that it cannot be done.

You need to make a unit which has no pathing, no model, no nothing, but is shown on the minimap. Then simply create one at each place where it'll make a new square on the minimap.
You can then hide them for local players so they're not visible

This may cause lag or stuff (A unit at each point on the map?), but it's possible.
