Can someone teach me to make Kamehameha?

Just looking for a kamehameha move because i cannot create one. With great effects

I'm not sure if this is the right forum if you want to learn the kamehameha, I doubt that anyone here is able to do it. Maybe ask at a martial arts forum or so? Better yet, find Muten Roshi, I have no idea where he lives though. =/
