Cannibalize with slow buff? WITHOUT Triggers?

I know, without triggers? Yes i've done all my spells and edits WITHOUT triggers. Wc3 Editor is incompatible with mac, but i got around it, though stopping me from using any triggers (yeah it really is a burden). So i was just wondering if you could put a 'slow buff' when the action of Cannibalize is starting. So like I start eating, then sudden slow model looking thing pops up, as well as the attack rate and movement speed is reduced of course. Possible?

FYI, for 1.24 and 1.24b, there's a partial fix, or if you sign on to the Beta Westfall B.net server, there's a beta 1.24c patch that fixes the trigger editor for Mac.
