Circle of Power on Elevators

Is it possible to put one on? If so, what settings would I need to edit?

You can try this:

• Actions
  • Destructible - Set height of Elevator to 2
  • Animation - Change (Your circle) flying height to 200.00 at 100.00

By making a neutral flying unit and leaving it on the elevator, then changing it's flying height when you need to could work.
Then again, you could probably just put a neutral unit with the circle of power model on the elevator and leave it there
