I have only gotten one virus before, well I have caught spy cookies many times, but the only virus I got before was Adware and that's long gone.

I have gotten all my updates from Windows, and I doubt I have the virus, as my crappy hardware has crashed last month and lost all of its data and was wiped earlier in like December. So, I think I am in good shape

Hmm, my computer wont update, but I got no idea what the actural version of windows is(Its a work comp).
Meaning the loophole may not exist?

You can run a quick "test" using this Heise security page. If only the images from the bottom row show up, you'd better take a close look your system.
