As long as it isn't mutual masturbation, it is fine.

For the same reason young children should not have sex. Even if it is a "consensual" act. Children and teenagers are not mature enough to be able to make informed decisions about sex, and consent is not given with the benefit of maturity and foresight - this is why things like statutory rape laws exist.

It wouldn't surprise me if the 15 year old girl in this story looked back 10 years later and felt that she had been taken advantage of and that it was a bad decision to have sex at such a young age. Most of the time these young females are being taken advantage of, and many of the males wrongly feel that a teenage relationship isn't complete without sex or that they must have sex given an opportunity because it is the common thing to do. Often alcohol is involved, proper contraceptive methods are not used and discretion is rarely exercised.. There are adolescents who are mature and responsible enough to make the right decisions in regards to sex and these people should probably not be denied it, but in general the effects of underage sex are negative and the practice should be discouraged, not glorified or treated as harmless as it currently is.

Not really; If your close in age, or your both under the age limit the rules are kind of mix match. Its majorly done so pervs can't go around having sex with any teenage they want and get away with it

Wrong. If you are both under 18, and one of the parties presses charges, you are in loads of trouble. All the female ( or the male, though it would be a bit harder ) has to do is say you raped her, and you're in for a load of court cases.

Are you sure? Talking only about sex and not the problems that it could bring (this makes it unhealthy in a way, but let's leave those aside atm), sex is very healthy for both men and women. It is a very good way to loose weight or to stay fit and the pleasure resulted from sex makes the brain release endorphins, which are known to help in diminishing pains (a headache, for example). Plus, a sexual active person is generally more relaxed (again, endorphins ftw).
