Other than maybe...I dunno, Stalin...has anybody actually proposed creating an ape-human hybrid? I'm just trying to think of something besides pure insanity, or an overdose of haggis, that would motivate Dr. MacKellar to wake up one morning and say, "I'm going to write a letter to the Department of Health about the dangers of genetic apemen!"

We, so far, are the only species alive and well to create vast technology well beyond any other animal's knowledge. It would be cool to have a new animal race as the same as our level of intelliegence. Or a bit less, wiping out animal terrorists ideas.

I see it as, there's going to be a hybrid sooner or later, whether or not it becomes illegal in most or if not all countries. As I've said in other articles, I'm just preparing for the Furry Fandom to become a reality. Jesus no.

Oh noez, we'll produce a species of new animal that we can easily control, even if they are smarter then us, which they won't be, because they won't have the full human brain, or stronger, which is questionable, because although chimps are more agile, they aren't stronger per se. Oh and we have the guns, not them, so if they ever do get them out of control we can put a quick stop to it.

-Would they have the same rights as everyone else, since they're part human?
-Would they be at least half as smart as a human? Smarter? dumber?
-Would they be considered inferior to humans like animals?
