Is there some "Hide abbility" Trigger?

Because I want a hero of mine not being able to use a specific spell with another spell lasts, and when that spell is over he should get the other spell back with it's previous level...

Player - Enable/Disable Ability

This works for player basis. So, I hope there's only one such unit in the map for each player.
