I'm really sorry about this post, it's probably really obvious. I've been searching the editor and online for hours now and I can find out how to make a unit go on water. Does anyone know?

You would have to play with the data editor. You will probably be making your own mover. Also start playing around with all the movement entries on the unit. Trial and error here. Haven't done it myself.
*Edit* I am not sure that water is really a terrain feature so much as an aesthetic now. You might want to just play around with custom pathing. make your units fly at a low altitude and block them from leaving areas that are not submerged in water.

Looks like Google fixed whatever mistake that made the recipes on the site go crazy and we are no longer trending towards a recipe site lol - I don't care though because it motivated me to spend alot of time on the site improving it and at least now the content people are looking at is not stupid and embarrassing like it was when I first got back into this like 5 years ago.
