How to make a passive spell that's effect is like that:
Level 1: If a unit attacks you, there is 10% that he will be cursed with entangling roots.
Level 2: If a unit attacks you, there is 15% that he will be cursed with entangling roots.
Level 3: If a unit attacks you, there is 20% that he will be cursed with entangling roots.

    Actions
        Set Int_Temp = (Random integer number between 1 and 100)
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                Int_Temp Less than or equal to (((Level of <Your Ability>  for (Attacked unit)) x 5) + 5)
            Then - Actions
                Set Point = (Position of (Attacked unit))
                Unit - Create 1 Dummy Caster for (Owner of (Attacked unit)) at Point facing Default building facing degrees
                Custom script:   call RemoveLocation(udg_Point)
                Unit - Add Entangling Roots (custom) to (Last created unit)
                Unit - Order (Last created unit) to Night Elf Keeper Of The Grove - Entangling Roots (Attacking unit)
                Unit - Add a 2.00 second Generic expiration timer to (Last created unit)
            Else - Actions
                Do nothing

You have to make a dummy caster unit with locust. The Entangling roots ability should have mana cost zero. Just use a dummy ability based on bash with all stats set to zero for your actual ability.

     Add entangling roots
     Order to cast entangling roots on (Attacking Unit)
     Add 2 second expiration timer
  Remove leaks

Don't have editor open at the moment.

EDIT: For above post, it is easier (better) to check if the unit has the passive, rather than check the unit-type. With your trigger, even if the unit doesn't have the ability there is a 5% chance it will fire anyway.

better if you did a damage detection ssytem...
think it can be buged if the attacker spam left click on your unit

well if he spam attack that unit who have that ability its a risk that it will be cast every time he clicks

That's a minor 'bug' that is probably more trouble to fix than it's worth. But yes, you are technically right I suppose :p

Btw, he wants it to be a passive spell (so no mana cost), so there's absolutely no advantage for the attacker to just spam attack.

well thats the point... then its better to use damage detection

Hmm. If I was trying to make the reverse of this spell, as in entagle when YOU attack. Kind of like bash, but entangling instead of the bonus damage and stun.

I just changed the attacking unit and the attacked unit. I'm just asking if it's possible to switch them around so that the attacker has the chance to entangle the unit he's attacking.

Umm Ultra don't use jinhm95's trigger. He was making it for himself by changing mine / Sirroe's. The question was answered way up in our posts near the top of the first page.

It's true about it will be bugged and i think if he attacks be4 he attacks the unit he will be cursed so it might look bad. It isnt much problem i cna post a trigger when i get home but propably someone will allready have fixed it then.

    I bought an Ender 3 during the pandemic and tinkered with it all the time. Just bought a Sovol, not as easy. I'm trying to make it use a different nozzle because I have a fuck ton of Volcanos, and they use what is basically a modified volcano that is just a smidge longer, and almost every part on this thing needs to be redone to make it work

So cool, new bracket to swap that, but THEN the fan shroud to direct air at the part is ALSO going to be .5mm to low, and so I need to redo that, but by doing that it is a little bit off where it should be blowing and it's throwing it at the heating block instead of the part, and fuck man

    Can't just buy a new heatblock, you need to get a whole hotend - so block, heater cartridge, thermistor, heatbreak, and nozzle. And they put this fucking paste in there so I can't take the thermistor or cartridge out with any ease, that's 30 dollars. Or you can get the whole extrudor with the direct driver AND that heatblock for like 50, but you still can't get any of it to come apart
