Ok, so I guess this leaks too?

                Num_of_Players Equal to 3
            Then - Actions
                Unit - Unhide Circle of Power (large) 0019 <gen>
                Unit - Unhide Circle of Power (large) 0020 <gen>
                Trigger - Turn on NoP3 <gen>
                Trigger - Turn on NoP3 Second Circle <gen>
                Floating Text - Create floating text that reads Requires 2 units to... above Circle of Power (large) 0019 <gen> with Z offset 0.00, using font size 10.00, color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%), and 0.00% transparency
                Floating Text - Create floating text that reads Requires 1 unit to ... above Circle of Power (large) 0020 <gen> with Z offset 0.00, using font size 10.00, color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%), and 0.00% transparency

But the tutorial doesn't seem to say how to fix floating text leaks or anything like this.And does turning on triggers leak?

Turning on triggers does not leak.

Add a Lifespan timer to the floating text, and disable it's permanence. -Then it will take care of itself.

Turning on triggers doesn't leak.
To make floating texts fade add lifespan and disable it's performance.
