How do you make a random maze out of 13 X 18 dimensions? all the maze units are already layed I just want to remove some to make a random maze.

What kind of maze are you talking about?
The one with towers like TD's,
or the ones in escape maps?

A wall maze which you walk through, the walls have immolation

If you just need the randomly generated maze, I think there's a tut lying around in the JASS section. Just add the immolation to whatever unit the blocking wall unit will be.
