You must most likely answer you email confirmation before you can use custom avatars.

On that screen, scroll all the way down and you'll see a box that looks like this:

If you get Special Member thing, can we get like a 30,000 bytes avatar because I got a good one but its not low enough

Then I put it on here, and from there I made it my avatar on mycathatesyou.com
