Need help with a ability (Based by?)

I need help with ability i have no clue as what to base it of its gona be somthing like u Click on the skill called "MEGA HIT" and click the enemy you gotta get close like (WIND WALK) but without the invisiblity crap and such and i want the animation to be very slugish so the opponent gets time to escape... quite simple but i cant seem to find anything to base it of...(most be attack animation)

Uh, wait, so it's a single-target ability that deals like massive damage to the target, but is slow so the target can escape? If it's going to be single-target, I don't think you can escape the damage... unless you make it have like a casting time, and a small casting range, so if the target exits the casting range, it cancels.

But anyway, for the animations, it doesn't really matter about the ability base; it depends on the unit's animations itself. And to slow the animation of the unit, in a trigger, make an action in ANIMATIONS, and I forgot the exact one, but slow the animation speed to like 50% for example. But don't forget to make the animation 100% when the ability is done.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you can also add animations to a unit if they have it, and order a unit to Play <Animation>.
EDIT 2: Forgot to answer your question... well, can you explain more about the skill. If it is just a single-target spell, then just do something like stormbolt with a close range, like a 2 second casting time, and trigger it so that when "ability is cast", "ability being cast equal to <Mega Hit>", "Animation - Slow it" (and you can also add one if you want), and then when it's done, make his animation speed 100%.
