This thread doesn't belong anywhere at the moment. If you want someone to give up their free time to code for your map, post some information about the map. You're going to want to try and advertise your project to the coders around here, and try to actually make them want to help you. Nobody's going to give up their free time for something they don't know anything about.
Screenshots, concepts, the general idea, etc would be nice.

Essentially a team of people who are good at each individual part of map making? What exactly are you and your friend going to be doing, other than taking credit for other peoples work?
