Need Spell ideas for my Heroes !

Jinx

Curses an enemy unit, putting it in an unfavorable combat position. whenever the unit attacks, it will take damage, and whenever it is attacked, the attacking unit will gain life.

Level 1: 10 damage each time it attacks, 10 life for the unit who attacks it.
Level 2: 20 damage each time it attacks, 20 life for the unit who attacks it.
Level 3: 30 damage each time it attacks, 30 life for the unit who attacks it.
Level 4: 40 damage each time it attacks, 40 life for the unit who attacks it.

Hm, that's a really strong ability, so I'll use this as his ultimate and change the values to percentages.

-The Steel Golem still needs one class ability that will manipulate the other skills' cooldown.

Perhaps an (Active) skill for the manipulating of enemy cooldowns.

<Ability Name>: Bashes the target with mind-stumbling power. Randomly putting on of the enemy's ability on cooldown.

So just an active attack which puts a randomly chosen skill on cooldown of the enemy, regardless if it's used or not.

I don't know if this is even trigger-able, but you never know.

PS. You might want it to put the ability on cooldown which has been used the most with that unit. The side effect is that it will probably be the same ability that will be put on cooldown in this case.

Changes:
-Golem's skill reworked
-New Hero is coming instead of Water Guardian, the Cursed Priest.
-Still working on Water Guardian.

Check first post and suggest abilities, heroes !

The theme names haven't inspire me (soz:p), so I introduce you my own hero.........

Troll (Model :forest troll)
Mid Range(300), Agility Hero

Class skill
Forest spirit(passive)
Grants attack move speed when nearby trees (250 AoE)
AS: 2% MS: 1% per tree
If you are pro at Gui/Jass make it also to add 3 range per tree


First skill
Madman(toggle on/off)
Troll becomes too MAD! (omg:D) and attacks madly :p
On attack:
LvL 1:+ 15% base damage, chance to miss 15%
LvL 2:+ 24% base damage, chance to miss 12.5%
LvL 3:+ 32% base damage, chance to miss 10%
See at your ability the ID order code (at options, no ctr+D needed) add 2 orders, 1 for using 1 for closing and then add them to your coditions and you are done....


Second Skill
Energy Bolt(tree/unit target[enemy])
Troll consumes trees to bolt enemies.....consumed trees heal the mana of troll (25 per tree)(450 cast range)(Cd 5 sec)
LvL 1:2 trees, 135 normal damage
LvL 2:3 trees, 220 normal damage
LvL 3:4 trees, 305 normal damage
Use integers A=0, MaxA=1+(level of abilty of unit) and when a tree is targeted by that skill set A=A+1 and when A=MaxA+1 do set A=MaxA
When a unit is targeted check if A=MaxA and then set A=0 and damage unit.

Third Skill
Forest Spirit(active, buff)
The Troll calls mother nature to transform him into spirit, granting him unit/tree walking abilities and +25(not%) MS, during buff he explodes all nearby trees, expires at last exploding tree or at 15 secs after a tree explosion(time refills when a tree is exploded)(Cd 25 sec)(AoE 200)(275 range explosion)
LvL 1:Destroys up to 6 trees, 25 dmg per tree
LvL 2:Destroys up to 9 trees, 30 dmg per tree
LvL 3:Destroys up to 12 trees, 35 dmg per tree
make a 0.3 sec looping event and check if any tree appears in the 200 range area around Troll and destroy it, use a timer that is updated[set to 15] every time a tree is destroyed, when a tree is destroyed spawn a dummy to the tree loc to blow up(find cool animation) 275 range area around dummy's position, when maxtree destroyal comes to 0 then set his ms-25 make it non unit-walking(walk through units)


Fourth Skill
Forest.......Appear!(active/Unit position)(AoE 650)[Ultimate]
Troll Calls mother earth to bless the area creating trees for holding enemies
Surrounds every enemy hero target in the area with 6 trees for 4 secs
The trees area is 150, so 1 unit can be held per target, its not like dota's furion that can catch up to 3 units.

I like the Hero, but I don't think his ultimate fits him :S
He looks like a tree-hugger (lol) support Hero, he doesn't need to deal massive damage.
I think I'll add it to the map with all of his skills, except his ultimate, could you change that to something else?

You wrote to the 2nd ability consume, but it seems that trees are created behind the target, I'm correct?

And the 3rd skill, destroying 3 trees a second... it's like cutting the forest in 10 seconds.

The 3rd ability does not destroy the trees created by the 2nd skill?

Please be more clear about these things, I don't understand them :S

At 2nd ability: if the target is not seeing you and want to escape?
get "angle" Troll-Target, get a point from Target with the "angle" at+150 distance from it, they appear as a wall
At 3rd ability: trees are destroyed and not consumed as the 2nd ability does(if they were consumed at lvl 3 he could do 300 dmg per 5 sec)
So I set it 5 secs to clear half forest :D. He doesn't have to be in a forest to do that, he creates trees with his ulti....and 2nd ability!

I have a question, how many heroes you plain to make before release the first beta/alpha/whatever version? :rolleyes:
