Need trigger help

ok i need a trigger that keeps my hero in a certain region.

Events 
    +Unit - A unit leaves my region
Conditions
    +((Leaving unit) is A Hero) Equal to True
Actions
    +..........

but its gotta start with this because my hero enters that region in the start of the game and other creeps gotta be able to enter/leave that region.
help is Thx

Like if my hero tries to leave that region it gets teleported back to his starting position

Just add the action "Unit - Move (Leaving unit) instantly to Center of <your region>".
