here is a little hint guys. Use small movements and ease. Then when your done you want the box to look like this....

just ignore the shrinking option. You dont want merge selected.

edit: new one. and it so fits my birthday.

OMFG those are some mad animations u guys did. I thought it looked simple until i dled it and tried it ><
i got some questions tho =/
1. Is there any way to shrink or enlarge the premade figures?
2.Can you copy and paste the figures?
3.Can you undo/redo your steps?

Juty yours was nice, only thing you need now are some blood particles.

Bananaman you need some better "spears" otherwise that was awesome.

And Sil3nt...

1. you can edit size. you change the 100 in the box on the left of the window to a different number.

2. You can not copy and paste figures as far as i know.

3. You can edit last frames, just click on it up on the top of the screen, edit it, AND DONT FORGET TO PUSH NEXT FRAME!

4. You can duplicate frames. Just select the one you want to duplicate, then select the one after it, right click, select insert.

wow thats mad... but now it raises another question for me @@
-Can you drag frames across? like ur one how the downward and upward jumps are identical in form and they go through the exact same positions

edit- Example. Making and stick figure fold up and then unfolding in the exact reverse order

Nope, there isn't a way to rewind.. They just look similar.

i actually did it like this, i made a frame, copied it twice, and selected the middle one, and kept repeating that. that way you have one on the left and one on the right of it.

well we already had one^^

well here is mine i did 2 but the other one is for adults only lol..
in the middile of the jump its suppose to be slow couse of matrix..

and i havent touched pivot in a loooong time..
