Peasent chop and team upgrade.

Hey my map going good so far but i got 2 questions.

1. How do i make a peasent stand and do the animation like he's chopping a tree.

2. If i got a team 6v6 (5 heroes, 1 unit team "like dota") and i want the 5players to be able to buy upgrades for spawning units like armor + damage +. So the 5 players shares the upgrade "house"

For the second question it's quite simple:

Make a shop with tomes that do nothing (or a health tome with +1hp if it's impossible to do nothing). Then make a trigger that set's the research level for player 1 or whichever the player you're trying to upgrade, to research level+1. No need for anything too complicated.
