question about 'ammo'

Does anybody knows how the 'ammo' of weapons can hit the center of the enemy when impact?

I got another issue now, but I finaly did it!! My sensor tower now has the disruption beam of the sentry

But how can I program the disruption beam comes out the top of the sensor tower instead of in the middle?
