Site is slow for me

Anyone know why? or is it just me, b/c sometimes, it doesnt even load and its not crashed.

SilkroadForums.net have as much right to this server as we have and we are slowing them down as much as they are slowing us.
And since we are getting to a new server soon it isn't much of a problem anyway.
