Storm Spirit Old Overload HELP

Hi, i need help regarding a DotA hero Storm Spirit's Overload. It basically gives the Storm Spirit an attack which deals 30/40/50/60 Aoe damage and Aoe stun every 8/7/6/5 attacks. Damage and lesser attacks when level increases.

You need unit indexing system to make it.

Trigger :
Event : A unit is attacked
Condition : Attacker has Overload
Actions : set atkcount[attacker's index] = atkcount[attacker's index] + 1
if atkcount[attacker's index] > 9 - ability level then
set atkcount[attacker's index] = 0
Create a dummy at attacked unit position and cast thunder clap.
