I know the code for yellow colored text is this: |cffffcc00(Your Text)|r

Could anyone offer some others?

You want the game standard-colours or just any colours?
If you just want other colours in general here's a tip: Open Photoshop or some other imageprogram you might have with hex-colours (hexadecimal). Then hopefully you'll have the colour code visible somewhere when you select colour for the program.
Hmm, that might've been a little fussy, but basically whereever you see a colour code made up by six numbers (or letters) you can use them in wc3. The first two letters in "|cffffcc00(Your Text)|r" decide the transparency if I'm not mistaking. THe other six are red, red, green, green, blue, blue.

Yup. Too bad they don't make any difference to the text in warcraft, though.

Yeah the |cff bit defines transparency, but I don't think you can put something like |c99 in WC3.
