Tinker missiles ability ...? (NOT DOTA)

hi guys iam triying to make the rockets deal 75/150/225/300 dmg each (4/8/12/16 rockets) i done all perfectly but the rockets do no dmg or alittle and the stun time is not accurate, also i cant edit the buff of tha ffected unit, is this ability broken? or i am doing something wrong ... and i cant find the buff in the buff list to modify it ..

The ability deals no damage when you change the buff.

the ability is channeling.
If you stop casting it the missiles hit the soil but no effect is done.

You have to order a dummy to cast the spell.

aw .. so i cant do a custom buff -.-well then iam not going to do this spell , the buff saying cluster rockets and the ability saying another name is just too dumb..
