When are custom resources too big?

It’s a UI and the download file is 2.61MB.

How much time would this add to a TD with no other custom resources?

probly a full download would take... 1-2 min depending on connection

My connection is Verizon FIOS. But I want to consider what the time would be for the “average” host.

1-3min........ if map size is 3mb
