How to limit training of heros to just one?

How to limit training of heros to just one?
I have tried this :
Player - Limit training of Heroes to 1 for Player 1 (Red)

But it does not work.

add your hero in advanced>techtree dependacies
theres like 5 of such topics in 2 weeks i seen, use search next time please

Sorry, could not find the search function among so many buttons

darkbeer, that just makes hero training unavailable, and I am not using dota's tavern system, so it wont work.
