instant unit construnction

What is the trigger needed to make units built instantly when you do the train order. I know the event is "Unit - A unit Begins training a unit." but I don't know what the trigger is. I tried "Unit - Set (triggering unit) construction progress to 100%" but I guess that's only for buildings. The problem is I want to have a very generic trigger that works for any unit being built.

I could, but I know there was a trigger to make it a lot quicker. Well... I guess I will get started.

Pretty sure if you add the ability "sell units" to the barrack, then add sold units - footmen, it instantly builds them.
