Stacking Buffs

Hi guys, im just wondering here. Ive made a custom aura which is a vampiric aura and have its custom buff. Im wondering since units can have both normal vampiric aura and my custom vampiric aura buffs on them at the same time are these two vampiric auras stacking? Same thing in this map goes for my cusotm brilliance aura and the normal brilliance aura buffs, can they stack also? Thanks, and plus rep for answers.

So that means you are... 0.25x0.95 = 0.2375; 76.25% sure that it won't stack?

Well I think there's a 54.8% chance that it's GONNA RAIN!

Wont stack unless you see both buffs on the unit

That's what I think too, but he said

Very good! Unless the buffs display as two seperate things as mentioned above.
