If you know DotA and Phase Boots, you will know what function of Phase Boots is if not i will give you framework
Phase Boots is boots item that when clicked allow you to passing unit or 0 collision but not to pass cliff or trees and gives bonus movement speed but this status/buff removed if you casting spell
Hmm..
I wondering this item ability is based from wind walk, but wind walk will broke if either casting spell or attacking but in this case phase boots status only broke if casting spell and wind walk gives you invisibility and phase boots doesnt
or maybe it given some trigger
