Ability +range where?

Is there an ability that grants bonus range or have I mixed it up with the upgrade?

If not what's the name and under which category if you don't mind ?

I want to know if there's an ability, I know there's an upgrade

Try Incinerate (arrow). it has a cast range. It's in Abilities > Neutral Hostile > Heroes

As far as I know, there's none except using upgrades or changing the unit (morph abilities).

However, you can create those upgrades, and then (assuming this is a hero) you can use triggers to advance the upgrade when the hero learns a dummy skill that has no other effects.
