Ability Tooltip "data codes" HELP!

HEy! i was wondering if there was a "data code" for an ability cooldown and mana cost....

<AHtb,DataA1> is the (wut i like to call) "data code" to display the dmg an ability can do with out typing out in every single tooltip how much dmg ur move does.... and it eliminates error.. for example if u put in the tooltip
"blah blah blah Level 1 deals XXX Dmg" you could possibly have a different number for the dmg of the spell.
