OK, so now I finally got the Fountain of Blood building sorted out and it works great now. Orcs can now transform into Fel Orcs when they purchase a Vial of Blood from the building and use it.
For those who missed screenshots earlier featuring two new buildings and some units:

I still need someone to make a custom model for the Warchief (AKA Mathog) so that he has the hero glow below him, otherwise I will have to make a different hero for the Orcs, which probably wouldn't be as cool...
Lastly, the Kodo Beasts can't seem to pick up items, but they can receive them from heroes, so that's the only way to make them transform into Fel Orcs... I can't figure out to make it be able to pick up items on its own, just an FYI. Now I am almost done designing the Orcs, and my brother is currently working on adding in the new stuff for Night Elves.
