Battle at Bloodstone Ridge

A single lane dota-esque map.

Major differences include:

- Heroes choose the skills they want
- Towers can be rebuilt by getting your team's villager/peon to the region first

Other Features:
- Cave travel. Use caves to move to different areas of the map
- Lobotomist available to allow heroes to unlearn skills

I would welcome feedback, especially regarding item/skill/hero balance.
