how do i change the xp to level up in my rpg

and what should i make the xp to level up?

I don't think you can change the experience required, but you can change the amount gotten. Can be made through triggers, or edited in the gameplay constants.

To elaborate on this, it's under the Advanced menu of the Terrain Editor Window. Be sure to check the "Use custom gameplay constants" check box to edit them.
