What I want is the item Dragon Stone to turn the player's current hero, into another hero, controlled by the same player. Now, the trigger does this, however, using almost any item seems to trigger the effect. The Dragon Stone triggers it, but so does a minor potion of healing.
I did a search and couldn't find the answer.

- Unit - Remove (Picked unit) from the game
