i might change it to an timed subway... cause the train is too complicating for multi-player and its not gonna work on the structure of the game

your supposed to change the trigger to suit your map. All you'd have to do is have a line going through your map. Oh and you did notice that it is timed, and how is it complicated for multiplayer?

its the hero picking system i have... it wouldnt work on a variable either sadly i've already tried..

why not chop it down? make your own system.. have 2 ports.. someone enters a port and pays for a ticket, that trigger turns off, and the person who payed gets to ride the train to the next port.. ? it doesn't sound that hard..

nah im not gonna use the train system.. its too much work not really needed when i can do a simple subway system...

Never! If you are actually going to make this map, don't half ass it. I'll even make it for you. That would be awsome to ride the train. :D

its not that its a bad train system... its just i need to set variables for each player, and it cant really be done with my hero picking system im using :( but i might try to make my own train system or soemthing.. its not taht i want to half ass it its just a problem in the game

Now I'm curious. How would the hero system interfere with the train? I'm sure I could work out a solution for you.

hmmm just an idea... instead of pissing people off on the gas system we can add bonuses to the car like maybe nitro using the mana, instead of just stopping th ecar in the middle of nowhere...what do you think to that?

you already got the highway speed + acceleration? why go for nitro, tahts over-kill
do gas, but make it so they dont gotta go get gas often

well i cant find the correct event for the gas cause for mana all the events i get are...

Also highway is gone now.

Select the unit...

Obsolete - Get unit's Last order target unit
Obsolete - get unit's last attacked unit
Advanced - Find next unit
Advanced - find next unit with condition
Advanced - get unit followed by camera
Advanced - get key control unit
Advanced - get unit's last summoned unit
Advanced - get unit's last sold unit
Advanced - Get unit's last trained unit
Advanced - Get unit's last built structure

these dont seem to go according to anything for what i need...

Unit - A unit Is issued an order targeting a point


then specify the order as move

Ewww, WE:Unlimited.

Anyways, if you want to use my drive system, you can just add the mana drain (gas) inside the movement function. That way it will only drain gas when the car moves.

its not for the drain..im already doing that movement thing..the thing is i cant make it so it stops moving!!!

Or you could set the gas amount high, and have it consuming whenever your in it, moving or not (why should game people not have to pay for used gas at stoplights?). That'd be pretty easy to do.
