can you make a lightning with triggers that has height?

Use GUI to find your lightning you want , convert to custom text.

And it should look like this : 'LDRA' ( 4 chars ( caps ) ) <-- That is the lightning type
Or you could use MoveLightningEx(udg_lightning,bool visibility,x1,y1,z1,x2,y2,z2)
( The above if you need to move it , instead of destroying it then creating a new one. )

Lightning types are inputted as strings e.g. "CLPB" (primary Chain Lightning effect), the way you've shown is for Object Editor rawcodes (e.g. 'Hpal', Human Paladin hero)
