.. Is it possible without sharing control? It would help healing alot for the map I'm making

As far as I'm concerned, this is impossible.

Try full sharing unit control between the allies and then taking it off right after that. Since full sharing unit control won't show any messages, it is totally unnoticable.

Though it may have some side effects..

If you make a copy (/dummy) of each hero in the party and give 'em to each player, update hp and mana with triggers, and issue order targeting a unit -> reorder to target the hero (need jass), might work, probably will it not be very efficent though..

You don't need to re-order, just when the player selects the 'dummy' version of the hero, remove the dummy from their selection and add the real one to their selection. No JASS required

Before I start working on that, would you be able to cast a skill on the dummy and have it automatically work on the real hero?

Yeah, if a spell is cast on the dummy, create a dummy caster and cast the same spell on the real hero and vice versa
