How about linking each submitted spell next to the creator's name in your post of entrants? That way people wouldn't have to look through tons of pages to find each submitted spell.

Andrew i have a question.
If i am making a summoning spell.
If its to a Melee map i can use the original units with their skills as summons?
Like i summon a necro with Unholy Frenzy that needs a upgrade to use it?

As an intro to the spell, yes.

If it's a part of the spell, then no.

Contestants have the right to withdraw or edit their spell.

I will do that right after the deadline, when the thread is locked for grading period and editing is disabled.

I don't see why not, but doesn't this affect the coding score as there is nothing much to grade?

Custom script: call UnitAddAbility(udg_Target[udg_Instance], 'Aloc')

Does the above fall into your category of pseudo-GUI/Jass?

I am GUI user, and I need to add Locust ability, no other way around, so I am asking before coding.

Adding locust or ordering dummies to cast Wand of Illusion (or other similar spells without order id) via custom script are allowed.

Since the theme is Hell, i believe most would be making massive damage spells, so I tried something weird.... :thup:

Hope everyone can enjoy it.... still rather raw.
If you want to see any other creeps die in agony, just place it in the map before testing.

Quick question.

Does it matter if other triggers outside the spell triggering leak? I realize now that they do.

It shouldn't effect the gameplay though...

Also, I already implemented a custom icon just to make my custom spell noticeable on the hero. I read on posts in the first few pages that custom icons were not allowed, although I don't see that anymore on the first post.

Is it OK to keep using my custom icon?

I used the Avenger Missle, and the Arcane Tower Missle as SFXs... It's nothing fancy but fits in the theme, I think.
It is possible in GUI (Might be hard to make MUI though).

Not really, it's just a bit too graphic intense . It's actually some sort of active aura.

I could join cuz I have made a spell for my map of that kind but I need some answers on questions:

1. My spell isn't working alone, (read it triggers whenever hero casts other spell so may I include 2 more spells (skipping ultimate) of my hero (They're also triggered)?

2. If I could, you'll still mark just ONE spell not ALL that will be contained in my map? (I was making spell-set to sumbit )

I made my own as a sort of ulti. -Figured there's no point in making a normal spell, even if the rules state that.
I guess I just made it for the heck of it.
