Splash Damage?!?!?

I am making a frost tower, that does splash damage and the frost affect is applied to unit in splash range.

I can not get the splash to work at all.

I have played with all the AOE fields including targets...
Do i have to play with the Damage Spill fields?

I tired making them the same the siege units with splash damage but that didnt seem to work at all.

Can some one help me?

its should be area of effect -large, med, small damage and then set them to like 300 ish

had to change weapon type to missle(splash)
