Facebook, like myspace, has an option to create a link for your site. Then you just type that link.

i think there should be this block at your homepage, the very top should be options for your custom url... i think

Some people (like my brother) closed this window, and it never comes back. You have to go into your settings page to change it if you have done this I believe.
