Seriously now, dude. You can't bump your own thread before a 24-hour period has passed. And why don't you check out www.hiveworkshop.com for effect models that look like those used in the videos? And as for links to the spells...I think your best bet lies in the Youtube page itself, where the viewers ask the same question. But don't get your hopes up, you won't find them more often than not.

A lot of them aren't custom effects. Look at the projectiles, and enlarge them then you'll see what I mean.

A lot of them are just enlarged, or a different color or something so it looks different. Some are triggered too, like when the things streak (move across land), it is most likely triggered to create a line/wave effect rather than an actual model.

The Kamehameha beam is an enlarged Vengeance Missle.

You can use a dummy unit with the particular special effect as its model and then scale its size accordingly with a periodic trigger.

I've noticed that some are enlarged and some aren't but the thing I wanna know is which ones are custom, and were can I get them.

just open map(s) with mpq editor and grab all models inside.

then use what you like, too many models not native to warcraft.
